Draft — dated August 14, 2026, under legal review.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PayLayer. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Service use

PayLayer provides a platform for businesses to create branded payment pages, generate QR codes, and send payment links. We are a software platform, not a bank or money transmitter. We never hold your funds.

Stripe Connected Account agreement

Payment processing services for merchants on PayLayer are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service. By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a merchant on PayLayer, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

Fees

Fees for using PayLayer are detailed on our Pricing page. We charge a simple all-in transaction fee for payments processed through your payment page.

Public URLs

When you create your page, you select a public URL slug. Going live locks this URL so any QR codes you print or links you share continue to work. Changing a locked URL requires contacting support.

Refunds

You are responsible for issuing refunds to your customers if required. Refunds must be initiated by you (the merchant) through the PayLayer dashboard.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayLayer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PayLayer Inc is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
